SAKE, THE DRINK OF THE GODS

The Kojiki, one of Japan's oldest testaments documents the origins of sake,

 brewed rice wine, to the Age of the Gods. Consumed by the vast  majority

 of Japan's population, sake tasting is parallel to that of drinking a fine wine.

 

Sake, at it's peak is best consumed at room temperature between 64-68

degrees Fahrenheit. In the art of wine tasting and drinking,

a fine sake is considered to have a tail or a spirited aftertaste!
